為讓救護人員更有效率地幫助民眾，守護民眾生命安全，滾動綠自然科技股份有限公司總監陳柏宇先生捐贈合計新台幣130萬元的救護器材，供市府消防局第八救災救護大隊四平分隊執行救護勤務使用，讓救護人員更有效率地幫助民眾。今(22)日於四平分隊舉行捐贈儀式，並頒發感謝狀。
消防局表示，以去(113)年為例，消防局第八救災救護大隊統計，轄區範圍內意識不清、主訴胸痛及到院前心肺功能停止等緊急救護危急案件累計4,000餘件，其中到院前心肺功能停止案件近500件；此次陳總監捐贈的救護器材，包含「自動心肺復甦機LUCAS」、「成人QCPR安妮多功能訓練模型」、「QT無線傳輸12導層心電圖系統」等器材，可協助現場救護人員及早發現患者是否有心臟疾病，及傷病患心肺功能停止時，能儘速使用機械式胸外按壓心肺復甦術(MCPR)，提升到院前心肺功能停止患者存活率，盡心守護市民生命安全，持續拯溺救難。
「成人QCPR安妮多功能訓練模型」用於平時救護訓練及宣導任務等項目，尤其推廣「心肺復甦術」至關重要，當身邊有人突然心跳驟停時，第一時間的應對往往決定患者的生存機率，如何防災救護，是現代人應具備的常識，平時勤加宣導與訓練可提高民眾及學童防範意識。
消防局說明，資源有限、但民力無窮，滾動綠自然科技股份有限公司對於消防救災救護工作鼓勵與肯定，盼藉此拋磚引玉，將社會資源挹注於消防緊急救護上，讓同仁執勤時增添安全感，更可以強化台中緊急救護醫療網，進一步保障市民生命安全。(4/22*17)*消防局
