Field Study in Shandong Province - Corn, Peanut, Wheat & Chinese Yams
It is usually the fallow period for farming during February of the Lunar calendar in the Shandong Province since the weather is usually harsh and may cause unwanted low-temperature damaging to crops. The purpose of this field study was primarily for soil and water quality analysis, as well as meeting local officials in order to have a deeper understanding of local needs and future planning.
